The Induction Grill Plate was developed for usage on ASKO Bridge Induction Cooktops. High quality cast aluminium base with MicroCeramic coating perfect for grilling meat and vegetables, teppanyaki for frying meat or seafood according to Japanese recipes. Large surface with fast preheat and even heat distribution. It has the possibility to have two different heat zones on the plate (front and back), for example harder frying in one part and keeping warm on the other.
